Organ Recital at Calvary Church - Friday, May 30, at 7:30 P.M.

 Calvary Church in the Borough of Stonington is pleased to welcome Dr. Erica Johnson as guest artist for this year's McIvor Organ Distinguished Artist Series (MODAS). Dr. Johnson is College Organist and Instructor of Organ and Harpsichord at Wellesley College and Adjunct Organ Instructor for the School of Theology of Boston University.

The program features dramatic and vivid Baroque masterpieces by J. S. Bach, Johann Kuhnau, and Alessandro Poglietti alongside Victorian organ works by two influential women composers of the 19th century, Ethel Smyth and Elizabeth Stirling.
